Liverpool Academy progress handsomely in the fifth round of the FA Youth Cup; beating Southend United 9-0; they will face the winners of Manchester United and Newcastle United in the next round.
The Pool took an assailable three goal lead inside six minutes at Anfield when Raheem Sterling scoring twice as well as Conor Coady finding the net.
On 35 minutes Sterling completed his hat-trick and Stephen Samba and Adam Morgan made it 6-0 to the Reds before the break.
After a jinking run the winger made it four on 56 and with five minutes remaining made it five with Tony Silva finishing the rout for 9-0.
Holders Chelsea will face Watford after they recorded a 2-1 win over Barnsley last Friday night and the Blades must wait on a final result between Leicester City and Preston North End until they discover their Quarter-Final opponents.
