Nathan Ellington and Jason Roberts both bagged a brace in the four-nil win which saw them leap frog Stoke City to the highest position in the Championship.
Warnock said: "The two Wigan strikers are a Premiership partnership and I can see them doing that sort of damage to other teams in this league.
"They both work very hard and their finishing was as good as I've seen."
